Black men are often told "Don't cry!", "Man Up!", and a whole bunch of other things that just ain't right. But why? Men have emotions and feelings, why should they have to hold those feelings in? It's damaging to their mental health. Did you know that Red is the color of Heart Disease, blue/grey is the color of Diabetes, and pancreatic cancer is purple/lupus.
